Terms and Conditions

HireBVI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditons at any time without notice. Web viewers and Clients should view site on a regular basis to view regularly posted information. This will ensure a timely notice of change. The terms and conditions shall protect the quality of the HireBVI and ensure quality assurance. This means that job recruiters and searchers can expect relevant resume/CV and job posting, respectively.

HireBVI is committed to safeguarding your privacy online and as a user/viewer of HireBVI you shall not use the website for any purpose that is prohibited by these terms and conditions. You shall not use the website for any purpose that is considered unlawful/illegal. In no way shall you attempt to impair HireBVI server. You shall not use any of HireBVI content for commercial purposes.

Access may be given to third party websites through weblinks while using HireBVI. Under no circumstances, HireBVI is responsible for the availability of these websites or its contents nor damages that may arise from them. Furthermore, HireBVI does not represent or imply any endorsement of these third websites.

Under no circumstances, HireBVI is liable for any damages including, indirect or consequential damages/loss (without limitation) that may be caused from in action of negligence, arising out of or in connection with the use of the hirebvi.com. HireBVI does not accept liability in regards to website being unavailable nor does it guarantee that the website shall be available 24/7. Shall the website be unavailable, HireBVI does not guanrantee a refund for services paid for.

Fees

All quoted fees are valid for 30 days from date of quotation or otherwise stated on the document. HireBVI reserves the right to change the prices on the website at anytime. All currencies are quoted is US Dollars.

The agreement fees shall be paid on the date of the invoice unless agreed to otherwise. If payments are not received within 5 days following commencement of service, HireBVI may cease service provided.

Should fees not be paid on due date, HireBVI shall be entitled (without prejudice to any other remedies) to charge interest on outstanding balance on a weekly basis of 10%. All payments made are nonrefundable whether the job recruiter/learning institution prematurely cancels the services. The job recruiter/learning institution shall be liable for any legal or other costs incurred by HireBVI in pursuing any outstanding fees.

A job advertisement package may only bear one job vacancy title.

NSF - Insufficient Funds

A Client that has issued cheque payment for services which has been dishonoured by the bank will be liable to accept additional fees of US$50, hereinafter NSF Fee. That is the Client will remit full payment for the services in cash in addition to the NSF Fee, immediately once notified by HireBVI.

Job searchers may submit their resume/CV for job recruiters to browse. Should the resume/CV be accessed by evasion of our security system, HireBVI will not be held responsible. Once the resume/CV is submitted, the job searcher can access their HireBVI online account to remove/edit the resume or profile. HireBVI shall not be responsible for job recruiters that might have retained the resume/CV of the job searcher. In the interest of maintaining an updated resume/CV, HireBVI.com will remove resume/CV from the database on an annual basis. HireBVI does not guarantee a job recruiter that any suitable resume/CV will be found on the database.

HireBVI shall provide services which connects job seekers to job recruiters. HireBVI.com does not guarantee that either job seeker or job recruiter will find suitable employers or employees, respectively through our service.

The job recruiter/institution shall provide accurate information to HireBVI.com to be posted. The job recruiter/institution shall be responsible for all information submitted to be posted and shall indemnify HireBVI.com at all times for loss, expense, or damage incurred by HireBVI.com as a result of job recruiter's/institution's actions or omissions.

Shall the job recruiter/seeker provide false or misleading data and/or information to HireBVI.com, or breaches the Agreement or Terms and Conditions in any way, HireBVI.com reserves the right to cease services immediately.

Employers that desire to browse resumes, will need to make that request through the respective Browse Resumes link. HireBVI.com does not guarantee that the job recruiter or employer will find suitable employees through browsing of the resume database.

By participating in the Featured Professional service, candidates agree that the photo submitted of and by themselves to HireBVI.com becomes the property of HireBVI and can be republished by the company accordingly.  The viewing public understands that these candidates are not necessarily actively job hunting but were nominated because of their professional stature. HireBVI.com does not guarantee that the job recruiter/employer or job seeker will find suitable employees or employer, respectively through the featured professional service.

Neither party will be liable to the other for special, indirect or consequential damages incurred or suffered by the other arising as a result of or related to the performance of the terms of the advertisement agreement, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if the other has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. Client will indemnify and hold HireBVI.com harmless against any claims incurred by HireBVI.com arising out of or in conjunction with the placement or display of he advertisement agreement, including the reasonable costs, expenses and legal fees incured therein.

The advertisement agreement will be goverened by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Virgin Islands.

Hire BVI job listings are accepted by the Labour Department, Virgin Islands Government.

Promotional offers can not be ran in conjunction with other offers.; this includes coupons.

By completing the Feedback survey, you agree that HireBVI.com can use your material/suggestions as testimonial material for HireBVI.com.

Any information posted by HireBVI.com, as a "guide" is just is and should not be used as complete information.  Job recruiters/seekers should sought information/instructions from the respective institutions.

HireBVI.com reserves the right to serve who they choose without reason. HireBVI.com and its affiliated companies are not responsible for the contents of comments posted or for anything that may arise from use of comments.

Promotion

The promotion are conducted during BVI Time.

This promotion is opened only to legal residents of the British Virgin Islands (BVI) that are 18 years or older. By entering this promotion participants warrant and represent that they are legal residents of the BVI and are 18 years or older. In the event that this warranty and representation proves to be false, any prize(s) will be forfeited.

By participating in this promotion, the winner agrees to allow Hire BVI to use their name, image, likeness and/or voice in any media whatsoever including press, print, radio and television, for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without any further compensation whatsoever being due or payable to such winners by Hire BVI.

Prizes are not transferable and may neither be exchanged nor redeemed for cash.

Hire BVI reserves the right to substitute published prizes as well as to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion within the sole discretion.

The decisions of Hire BVI are final in all matters related to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into thereon.
