Position Overview
The Team Chef is a separate, individual section that reports to the Executive Chef. They are responsible for preparing and serving all meals, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, for the island’s team.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • At least two-years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, storage, health standards and nutrition
  • Self-management and motivation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Able to work with and accommodate different cultures
  • Excellent guest contact skills/ socially confident
  • Plans and organizes effectively.
