Overview
Parts & Power Ltd, a Marine and Power, Sales and Service company is seeking a mature individual for the role of Parts Sales Associate. The job entails researching and supplying Parts to retail, wholesale, fleet and internal customers in a prompt and accurate manner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Research parts required and expose customers to the full product line
- Provide excellence customer service to all of Parts and Power Ltd. customers
- Assist walk in customers with their requests
- Assist international customers with Parts Sales; coordinates International parts sales shipments
- Promote any company sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may complement the customer purchase
- Interface with Service Technicians and ensure their Parts needs are being met
- Take service technicians’ orders for parts and fill them as fast as possible.
- Assists Parts Manager with attaining retail sales and profitability plans
- Balance cash report on a daily basis
Minimum requirements
- Ability to conduct Parts research using online programs
- At least 4 – 5 years experience in parts sales
- Excellent computer skills
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift or move moderately heavy items
- Must be able to work early shift to open shop and work Saturdays
