Marketing Assistant
CCT is seeking to employ a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will support our company’s Marketing Team with its primary and administrative duties. This role assists with campaigns, content creation, social media management, project coordination, events, reporting, and brand execution across digital, broadcast, print, and on-ground platforms. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing Team and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar work environment
- Valid VI Driver’s Licence
- Digital marketing experience
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Sound working knowledge of current social media and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Excellent communication and people skills
