As a Kitchen Utility team member, you will play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your work directly supports our chefs and service teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and thoroughly
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to health and safety standards
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
