A Confidential Client is seeking to hire a Junior Corporate Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of BVI Business Companies.
- Prepare and file statutory documents including annual returns, economic substance filings, Register of Directors, Register of Members, Register of Beneficial Owners, and other corporate obligations.
- Process and file corporate documents and transactions in VIRRGIN.
- Coordinate the notarization and legalization of documents.
- Process the payment of annual license fees.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, including minutes, registers, certificates, and statutory filings.
- Assist with company transfers in and out and liaise with other registered agents.
- Verify the status of companies and obtain payment confirmations.
- Perform any other corporate or administrative duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
- Basic knowledge of BVI Business Companies Act and regulatory framework.
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate administration with registered agents or trust companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
