Overview
We are seeking a motivated, determined, and enthusiastic Part-Time Guest Experience Ambassador to
join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Welcome, assist, and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a positive attitude while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Flexible
- Previous experience in Guest Services, Hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, particularly during daytime hours.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a dynamic environment.
