Estate Head Guest Services

Location: Moskito Island, British Virgin Islands

Moskito Island is seeking an experienced, service-driven, and highly organized Estate Head Guest Services professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences within an ultra-luxury private island environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of guest services, managing guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure, overseeing events and activities, maintaining homeowner and guest relationships, and supporting the overall operation of the estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage guest stays, activities, events, transfers, and special requests.
  • Develop personalized itineraries, event documentation, and guest communications.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and guests.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage guest preferences, inventories, and service-related systems.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, culinary, recreation, and island teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Support estate events and special functions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, estate management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within luxury resorts, private estates, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Event Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain a BVI driver’s license.
  • First Aid, Fire Safety, or Food & Beverage certifications are an asset.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Ability to provide both bar service and guest hosting services.
