Overview
CCT is seeking to employ a skilled Customer Service Representative. This role entails all matters relating to but not limited to resolving customer questions and or concerns with products, services, solutions etc.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar work environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure Valid Virgin Islands driver’s license
- Clean criminal record
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
