Overview
Tortola Sports Club are seeking one Club Manager.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in F&B and hospitality team management and preferably working in a similar field that included membership administration and facilities/court management. This is a demanding, diverse, hands-on role, encompassing management of the operations, facilities and food establishment on site. Must have experience overseeing POS systems, supporting accounts with end-of-day reports, budgeting, ordering and inventory control, managing bar accounts and booking systems.
They will oversee the oversee club maintenance and cleaning schedules as well as be an FOH presence. The successful candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, be willing to step into operations wherever needed, be physically fit, able to work under pressure, have a valid driver’s license, exceptional organization skills and be able to work irregular hours including holidays, weekends and evenings when required.
