RR Investment Holdings is looking for a personable, polished and commercially minded Client Advisor / Sales Associate to help create a distinctive shopping experience in the British Virgin Islands.
We are a curated premium lifestyle and gifting brand bringing together thoughtfully selected accessories, personal care, home fragrance, apparel and gifts for meaningful occasions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and deliver attentive, personalized service.
- Learn our collections and confidently recommend products that suit each client’s needs, taste and budget.
- Help clients create thoughtful gifts, curated gift sets and complementary product combinations.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional follow-up and excellent service.
- Contribute to sales targets, corporate gifting opportunities and repeat business.
- Maintain an elegant, organized store, with exceptional attention to product presentation and detail.
- Support daily operations, including transactions, stock management and merchandising.
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fashion & beauty
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- An appreciation for quality, style, gifting and presentation.
- A natural ability to listen, make thoughtful recommendations and build trust.
- Commercial awareness, reliability, integrity and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, take coaching and contribute positively to a team.
- Bi or multiple lingual would be an asset
