Overview

Bartenders
- The Bartender will receive orders of beverages from guests and servers, followed by mixing the cocktails and serving the drinks correctly. The proper handling of guest checks, cash and charge settlements is also of the utmost importance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for correct mixing of drinks. Following recipes and always using correct measurement
- Preparation of check, ensuring it is correct and presented to guests.
- Performs all aspects of self-cashiering, including prescribed cash and charges.
- Handling procedures, proper guest check accounting and handling following prescribed procedures.
- Responsible for stocking necessary items and equipment used at the bar.
- Responsible for completing requisitions for needed items (liquor, food, paper products, etc.) for next-day business.
- Ensuring cleanliness of work area throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills needed, well presented, possess a positive and congenial attitude, a sense of urgency, able to have moderate recall and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years bartending experience.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
