Pirate’s Bight is looking for an enthusiastic Mixologist to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders should be able to create classic and innovative drinks, exceeding a customer’s expectations. Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years experience in bartending, customer service, sales, high-end hospitality and the tourism industry. Having a pleasant disposition and experience with POS systems are a major plus.
The successful candidate must be a team player and prepared to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and late nights.
