FLOW is accepting applications to the position of Business-to-Business (B2B) Small-Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive.

The primary function of the role is to sell the organization’s products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

SMB Sales
• Manage selling initiatives to ensure maximum revenue generation and complete customer satisfaction.
• Increase revenue from product and service sales to meet and exceed Business targets.
• Contribute to the setting of and exceeding of Top and Bottom-line objectives for your Customers.
• Ensure the appropriate Credit procedures are followed and receivables are within agreed standards.
• Build and maintain weekly, quarterly annual activity plans with your assigned customers and ensure
proper management of information on Salesforce.com.

Account Management
• Manage and implement Customer Care and Selling techniques geared towards maximizing satisfaction of your customer base.
• Improve customer perception of Cable and Wireless Ltd. to ensure continued customer loyalty and retention and to strengthen the company’s image.
• Develop and present customized solutions for business customers to increase revenues and improve customer services.
• Work closely with the corporate Engineers & Technicians to ensure that all customer solutions are installed and completed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers & Engineers to devise solutions suitable for local market.
• Develop strategic partnerships in leveraging our business activities.
• Ensure that all customer records including contracts, orders, files and CIS are kept up to date and accurate.
• Ensure that customer audits are carried out monthly.

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 3 years B2B or B2C direct sales and field based or telephone cold calling experience.
• BSC. Degree in Management/Marketing/Sales or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
• Experience in a customer care environment advantageous.
• Working knowledge of CRM and contact management systems, e.g. Salesforce.com.
• An understanding managerial accounting and budgetary analysis.
• Knowledge of functions and operations of the Telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the mobile, wireless, fixed voice and data products and service offerings.

Skills and Abilities

Candidates must possess a high level of demonstrated competence in the following areas:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace, goal, and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-starter, with ability to gain support from colleagues.
• Computer literate with email, Internet, word processing and MS Office.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
